snow bound

I guess you have to be there to understand why this is such an odd photo. The railing and sidewalk are both all out of line yet at a certain time, the shadows fall perfectly in line.


It snowed and snowed all night then stopped in the morning. Later it started and stopped again. There is nearly two feet here beside the creek and that is deep.


I stepped too close to the edge and the snow bound side of the creek gave way and the chunk of floating ice turned to laugh as it passed.
