looking for nothing

looked down and saw the sun rise inside a circle

beyond the mere object as something accessible
the shadow takes on a shape of things
only discovered within
your personal perception

There's a spot along the creek where the roar of water over stones engulfs everything and as if entering a silent separate place to roam with eyes it becomes easy to let all thought, all influence, all tendency towards bad or good vision, disappear and flow on like the water rushing at a steady controlled pace until the voice overtakes that inner one we run and the artist gives over to the whims of the universe, ever ready to express itself. Sandy bottom background provides a perfect place for the manifestation of water and light rushing toward down. I find the perfect peninsula to extend my shape into the constant churn of water thus to find a symbol of myself seeking something.

profile on the right and a mouth spewing yin/yang philosophy

balance indicating direction opposed to the flow
rocks perfectly shaped to remain in place
yet the rock who bears the weight of the design
finds a moment as a stick goes by
to express its opposition with a grimace on its face
