Ae Fond Kiss
Ae fond kiss, and then we sever;
Ae fareweel, alas, for ever!
Deep in heart-wrung tears I'll pledge thee,
Warring sighs and groans I'll wage thee.
Who shall say that Fortune grieves him,
While the star of hope she leaves him?
Me, nae cheerful twinkle lights me;
Dark despair around benights me.
I'll ne'er blame my partial fancy,
Naething could resist my Nancy:
But to see her was to love her;
Love but her, and love for ever.
Had we never lov'd sae kindly,
Had we never lov'd sae blindly,
Never met -- or never parted,
We had ne'er been broken-hearted.
Fare-thee-weel, thou first and fairest!
Fare-thee-weel, thou best and dearest!
Thine be lika joy and treasure,
Peace, Enjoyment, Love and Pleasure!
Ae fond kiss, and then we sever!
Ae fareweel, alas, for ever!
Deep in heart-wrung tears I'll pledge thee,
Warring sighs and groans I'll wage thee.

Drawn to the warm place the orange makes the snow melts into a thousand shapes and leaves one tiny little leaf without escape.

I like the way the top half of the image and the bottom do a funny visual flip even though the plane of the fence is stationary, if ya know what I mean, and the added bonus of the red object keeps the eye busy trying to find a place to rest.

This was without a doubt the strangest poodle I have ever seen, as it pranced across the sidewalk in front of me I realized the slanting sun was doing funny things to my mind.

Clear blue bits of sky poke between banks of cloud full of snow as they hover on the back of the elephant for hours.

When they pass they leave behind a solid wall of white that has completely engulfed everything.

Scenic is often seen by the way the light is never the same in two places twice in a lifetime struck by the sublime always lilting in the back of the mind.
